Legal
Licensing and filing
Who is licensed, who files, and who is paid for what.
Section 1
Who files
On NexQloud Drawback, a licensed U.S. customs broker files every claim: your own broker, or one we name before you sign.
NexQloud Drawback is software used by licensed customs brokers. NexQloud AI Drawback, LLC ('we', 'us') is not a customs broker and does not file claims.
Section 2
How filing works
Claims are filed electronically in ACE as entry type 47, through a CBP-authorized system.[1]
A licensed broker approves every line, and each approval is logged.
Section 3
Power of attorney
Your power of attorney stays directly with your broker.[2] It is signed directly between you and your broker.
The platform never collects or relays it.
Section 4
Who is paid for what
- Brokers pay us software fees for the workspace and claim packages. The fees are not tied to entries.
- When a broker we name files, it charges you the published fee after CBP pays. If your own broker files, it sets its own fee.
- Advisers and unlicensed refund firms receive no referral fees. Their clients get partner pricing.[3]
Section 5
What we don't do
- We don't file CAPE declarations.
- We don't buy, advance on or take assignment of refunds.
- We never ask for your ACE login or bank details.
Section 6
Both modes
The processing mode does not change who reviews or files.
In Sealed and in Standard: a licensed customs broker, ours or yours, reviews every line and files.
Section 7
Not a government agency
NexQloud Drawback is not a government agency and is not affiliated with U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Nothing on this site is legal advice.
CBP lists requests for bank details or passwords among its fraud warning signs (CSMS #68569567).[4]
