Your clients

What do your clients get?

Any client that imports, then exports, returns or destroys goods.

  • Up to 99% of the duty back on goods they export or destroy, matched line by line.[1]
  • A claim package within 24 hours of a complete package.*
  • A refund that repeats as long as they import and export, reaching back five years.[1]
  • A licensed broker who reviews every line and files.[2]
  • Published fees, charged after CBP pays.
*When the 24 hours start

*24 hours from a complete package: entry summaries (CBP 7501), commercial invoices, packing lists, transport documents and export records for the period, plus the bill of materials and production records for manufacturing claims. We tell you the moment your package is complete, and the clock starts then. CBP rulings, waivers and approvals are separate from this clock.

Drawback in every industry

The economics

How does each partner earn, within the rules?

TrackHow you earnWhat you pay us
Filing Partner(licensed broker) You contract with your client, set your price for each mode and file. Software fees: workspace $1,500 a month, credited against claim packages; $1,250 per Sealed package or $1,000 per Standard package (up to 1,000 matched lines), then $1.25 or $1.00 a line[3]
White-label(licensed) Same, under your own brand and domain Workspace $2,500 a month, credited; same package fees
Advisory Partner(unlicensed) Your clients get 10% off the published percentage fee (when a NexQloud partner broker files). You bill your own work, such as the accounting memo, directly to your client Nothing. We pay you nothing, too: no referral fee, no share of any fee
Recovery Partner Filing track if your firm holds a brokerage; Advisory track if not As above
How the numbers work

Filing Partner example. Example: a $1M lookback filed as 10 claim packages, at the published list price. Your client pays $175,000 in Sealed or $155,000 in Standard. Your package fees are $12,500 or $10,000.[3]

An example, not a forecast. Your costs, your price and your clients decide what you keep.

Workspace credit. The workspace fee is credited against your package fees. So 1.5 Standard packages a month cover the $1,500 co-branded workspace fee in full.[3]

When a client picks Standard. You pay $250 less per package. At the published list price, Standard costs 2 points less, such as 18% instead of 20%.[3]

Founding Filing Partners. The first 10 brokers to sign get 90 days free and their rates fixed for 24 months.

Why each track differs. Customs law decides who may share in what. Preparing drawback claims for others is customs business, and a broker may not share its fees with unlicensed people.[2][4][5] So each track earns a different way, and we publish all of them.

How it works

How does a partnership start?

  1. Apply.

    Two short steps.

  2. Verify.

    We verify your licensing.

  3. Sign.

    Partner and data agreements.

  4. Certify.

    Two to three hours online.

  5. Try it.

Run the demonstration file in both modes in your sandbox.

  6. Pilot one client.

One quarter of one real client's records.

  7. Go live.

Directory listing, your kit and a named partner manager.

Sealed or Standard

How do Sealed and Standard differ?

Same checks, same licensed broker.

SealedPrivate by default. Provable on request.Standard: 2 points lessMay use outside AI. Staff access logged.
Your clients' documentsNo one sees your clients' documents without their consent, and a receipt proves it.An outside AI provider may process your clients' documents, only on terms that bar training. Nothing trains on them.
Record of handlingEach run ends in a signed receipt your client can check against AMD's keys.Only named NexQloud staff can open them, to fix an exception or answer a support request, and every access is logged.
Your clients' protection, defaults and broker access

Protected in both modes. The partner terms bar us from soliciting your clients and from using their data in our marketing.[3]

Your default. You choose the default mode for your clients' workspace, or let each client answer one question at sign-up. Clients can switch for later uploads.

Broker reviewers see the source documents directly, next to each claim line. In Sealed, they see them when the client authorizes it.

For brokers, in both modes, we tell you about a security incident in time for your own 72-hour report to CBP, which you owe even if your vendor also reports.[6]

Talk track: what to tell a client
  1. The modes in one sentence. "Same checks, same licensed broker. With Sealed, your records stay private, and a receipt proves it. Standard may use outside AI, on terms that bar training, and logs every staff access."
  2. When Sealed fits. "Sealed fits records that must stay private: trade secrets (supplier prices, formulas or customer lists you protect), records for export-controlled goods, or a customer contract that requires confidential processing."
  3. When Standard fits. "Standard is enough when your records hold nothing you would mind a named, logged NexQloud specialist seeing, or an outside AI provider processing. It costs 2 points less at the published list price."
  4. Export-controlled technical data. "Leave export-controlled technical data (ITAR or EAR) out of the file, in either mode; drawback doesn't need it. Sealed protects the rest: prices, suppliers and customers."
Why Sealed, and when Standard is enough

The rules, handled

How does the program stay inside the rules?

RuleHow the program follows it
Drawback preparation is customs business; a tool is not a licensed person[2][4]A licensed broker reviews and approves every claim line. Unlicensed partners never prepare, match or compute claim data.
The power of attorney must come directly from the importer[4]The broker sends its own POA. We never collect or pass it on.
Brokers may not share fees with unlicensed people[5]Unlicensed partners earn nothing from us; their clients get partner pricing.
Brokers keep client records confidential[7]Records are shared only with the client's written consent.
CPA independence and state rules[8]An attest screen on every registered client; a disclosure letter for your state; no contingent fees.
CBP's fraud warnings[9]No cold outreach, no urgency, never a request for ACE logins or bank details.
What we ask of every partner
  1. Approved claims only. No promises of eligibility or amounts.
  2. No unsolicited bulk outreach, and no pressure or deadlines that aren't real.
  3. Never ask a client for an ACE login or bank details.
  4. Disclose your relationship with us in any endorsement, as the FTC requires.[10]
  5. No buying, advancing against or taking an assignment of a client's refund in the program.

What partners get

What's in the program?

  • Partner workspace. Line-approval queue, reviewer log, reject-rate and timeliness dashboard: the supervision record CBP looks for.[11]
  • Deal registration. Registered clients are protected for 12 months. We never quote a registered client below your price, and the client's choice always prevails.
Training and statements

Training. Certification for every partner. CE credit for brokers once a CBP-selected accreditor approves the course.

Statements of fees and status, updated monthly.

Proof

Who's behind it?

  • NexQloud AI Drawback, LLC, a NexQloud company. Sealed processing runs on NexQloud Sealed.

Questions

Partner questions

All partner questions
Who owns the client?

You do. The power of attorney runs between your client and the broker that files, and the advisory relationship stays with you.

Why don't you pay referral fees to CPAs and refund firms?

Because a broker may not share its customs fees with unlicensed people, and CPA ethics rules limit referral fees. Partner pricing for your clients works inside both.

How fast can we start?

Apply now. Design partners help shape the product before launch, and clients start once the service opens to importers after launch. Most of onboarding is certification and a sandbox run.
