This notice covers the personal data NexQloud AI Drawback, LLC ('we', 'us') collects through this site.

Before launch, that means the waitlist, partner applications and contact messages. The demo uses sample data.

• Your name and email, and your company and role if you give them.
• What you tell us in a partner application or deal registration, such as license numbers, the states you serve, client counts and a client contact.
• The messages you send us.

Never collected: ACE logins and bank account numbers. We never ask for your ACE login or bank details.

• To run the waitlist.
• To review partner applications and deal registrations.
• To reply to your messages.
• To send you updates about NexQloud Drawback.

Service providers that host this site and send our email process it for us.

We may also share it when the law requires.

We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising.

Optional cookies, such as analytics, stay off unless you agree to them. We use no advertising cookies.

The site keeps a few settings in your browser, such as a paused animation, your place in the demo, or that you joined the waitlist. They stay on your device.

We keep it until you ask us to delete it, or for 24 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.

You can ask to see or delete your data, or to stop updates.

This site is not directed to children.

When the service opens, the client terms and the data processing agreement cover the records clients upload.
