The gap
Why aren't more of your clients claiming drawback?
Because matching every export to its import entry and duty line takes specialist time most firms don't have.
9,017
companies filed drawback from 2007 to 2016.[1]
87,016
companies both imported and exported in 2024.[1]
Which 2026 duties add more to claim?
Your clients already send you their entries. The export side is the work the agent does.
Drawback in every industryWho does what
What does the agent do, and what does your license do?
| The agent | Your licensed staff |
|---|---|
| Takes stock of the documents and lists what's missing | Engage the client and get the power of attorney directly from it[5] |
| Matches exports to imports and splits duty by program | Decide classification and anything that needs judgment |
| Checks its own math to the cent, and flags exceptions with reasons | Approve, file the claim in ACE and answer CBP |
| Builds the claim package and CSV | Bill your client on your terms |
Sealed or Standard
What do you see in Sealed and in Standard?
| What you see | SealedPrivate by default. Provable on request. | Standard: 2 points lessMay use outside AI. Staff access logged. |
|---|---|---|
| Claim lines and the evidence for each | Yes | Yes |
| Source documents | When your client authorizes it, document by document | Yes, directly in the workspace |
| Outside AI providers | None. The model runs inside the sealed machine. | May be used, on terms that bar training |
| Used to train any model | Never | Never |
| What NexQloud staff can see | No one else sees the documents without your client's consent. We see claim totals, to bill. | Named staff, only for exception review and support, with every access logged |
| Record of handling | A signed receipt for every run, checkable against AMD's keys | Every staff access logged |
Which mode for which client, and your default
Sealed fits records that must stay private: trade secrets (supplier prices, formulas or customer lists it protects), records for export-controlled goods, or a customer contract that requires confidential processing.
Standard is enough when the records hold nothing your client would mind a named, logged NexQloud specialist seeing, or an outside AI provider processing. It costs 2 points less at the published list price.
You choose the default mode for your clients' workspace, or let each client answer one question at sign-up. Clients can switch for later uploads.
Supervision
Can you show CBP how you supervised the work?
Yes. CBP judges responsible supervision on factors like training, review, reject rates and timeliness.[6] The workspace keeps that record for you.
Throughput
How fast is it?
A claim package within 24 hours of a complete package.* Your review time is yours to set.
*When the 24 hours start
*24 hours from a complete package: entry summaries (CBP 7501), commercial invoices, packing lists, transport documents and export records for the period, plus the bill of materials and production records for manufacturing claims. We tell you the moment your package is complete, and the clock starts then. CBP rulings, waivers and approvals are separate from this clock.

What do you pay, and what can you charge?
You pay software fees.[9] You set your client's price for each mode. Our fees are not a share of yours.
| Software fee | Sealed | Standard |
|---|---|---|
| Workspace, co-branded | $1,500 a monthcredited against claim-package fees | Same |
| Workspace, white-label | $2,500 a monthcredited | Same |
| Claim packageup to 1,000 matched import lines | $1,250 | $1,000 |
| Each additional matched line | $1.25 | $1.00 |
| Founding Filing Partnersfirst 10 | First 90 days freerates fixed for 24 months | Same |
How the numbers work
Example. An example, not a forecast: a $1M lookback filed as 10 claim packages, at the published list price. In Sealed, your client pays $175,000 and you pay $12,500 in package fees. In Standard, your client pays $155,000 and you pay $10,000. For a smaller client, a $250K Standard lookback in 5 claim packages: your client pays $45,000 at list and you pay $5,000. Your own costs and your price decide what you keep.[9]
Workspace credit. The workspace fee is credited against your package fees. So 1.5 Standard packages a month cover the $1,500 co-branded workspace fee in full.[9]
When a client picks Standard. You pay $250 less per package. At the published list price, Standard costs 2 points less, such as 18% instead of 20%.[10]
Clients we send you
Certified Filing Partners appear in our directory. When a client picks you, you file at the published fee for that client.
Your client
Will you take my client?
No.
- Your engagement letter, your power of attorney, your brand and your price.
- Registered clients are protected for 12 months.[9] We never quote a registered client below your price.
- When a client asks for a broker, the client chooses. We never move a broker's client unless the client asks.
- In both modes, the partner terms bar us from soliciting your clients and from using their data in our marketing.
Questions
Broker questions
Is my license on the line for the AI's mistakes?
Your licensed staff approve every line before filing, and the workspace records it. The agent proposes; your broker decides. Our agreement carries mutual indemnities.
Does sharing client data break 19 CFR 111.24?
Not with your client's written consent, which the workspace collects before any record is shared.[7]
Do your fees break 19 CFR 111.36(b)?
You pay software fees for a tool, not a share of your fees.
Does the client sign anything with you?
The client creates an account and authorizes processing. Its engagement letter and power of attorney are with you.
Where is the data processed?
Our FAQ answer on where data is processed states it for each mode. For a vendor review, tell us through our security page.
Do you file CAPE?
No. The agent checks every entry for CAPE first, so you can file CAPE before any drawback claim touches the entry.[11]
Does the training count toward your CE?
Licensed brokers need 36 continuing-education credits every three years.[12] Our certification will carry credit once a CBP-selected accreditor approves it.
Can a client invite you to file?
Yes. A client can choose you as its broker in NexQloud Drawback. You accept in the partner portal, which opens at launch, and see that client's review queue. For that client, you pay the claim-package fees and no workspace fee.
Want your own name on all of it?
Your domain, name and colors on the client workspace, emails and claim PDFs. The licensed-filer line and the Sealed receipt stay fixed, so clients can check them.
