Why white-label
Why put drawback under your own name?
- The 2026 duties can come back through drawback.
- You keep the client. Your engagement letter, your power of attorney, your brand and your price.
- Your clients can check the work. Every claim line names its entry, its export and its source document. 78% of 230 enterprise trade leaders said they would adopt AI that gives "verifiable, source-backed evidence."[1]
- Your licensed staff decide. The agent drafts each claim line; your broker approves and files. A software tool is not a licensed person.[2][3]
Who qualifies
Who can white-label NexQloud Drawback?
Licensed customs brokers, broker-licensed forwarders and 3PLs, and refund firms that hold a brokerage.
What we ask for
- A U.S. customs broker license held by your firm, and a national permit.
- A named licensed reviewer who approves claim lines.
- Errors and omissions (E&O) insurance.
- A volume commitment, agreed when you apply.
- A security review, both ways: yours of us, and ours of you.
- Partner, data and technology agreements.
- Certification: 2 to 3 hours online.
Not licensed?
You can't white-label. You get a co-branded page instead, saying your firm recommends NexQloud Drawback. A licensed broker files, and your client contracts with that broker.
Your brand
What will your clients see with your name on it?
Your client signs up on your site, uploads to your workspace and hears from you. The client relationship stays yours.
- Your domain: a subdomain we host, or your own domain.
- The client workspace and sign-up: your name, logo and colors.
- Emails, notices and document requests.
- The estimate, the claim-summary cover and the PDFs.
- Your price and your terms.
- Your support contact.
What stays fixed
What stays the same on every partner's site, and why?
| Fixed element | Why it stays fixed |
|---|---|
| Your licensed-filer line: your firm's name, license number and permit | Your client must know who files. CBP warns importers about unknown parties offering to file.[8] |
| Each mode's data-access statement, word for word | Your client's written consent to share its records rests on it,[9] and it must match how the system works. |
| The Sealed receipt format, naming NexQloud Sealed and AMD SEV-SNP in plain text | Your client checks the receipt against AMD's keys and our published measurement. A renamed receipt couldn't be checked. |
| "We never ask for your ACE login or bank details." | It's on every page, ours and yours. |
| "Powered by NexQloud Drawback." | Your client can see which software drafted its claim package. |
| "Not a government agency." "Not legal advice." | No page in the program may suggest a government link. |
The economics
What do you pay, and what can you charge?
You pay software fees.[10] You set your client's price. Our fees are not a share of yours.
| Software fee | Sealed | Standard |
|---|---|---|
| White-label workspaceyour domain, branded email and PDFs | $2,500 a monthcredited against claim-package fees | Same |
| Claim packageup to 1,000 matched import lines | $1,250 | $1,000 |
| Each additional matched line | $1.25 | $1.00 |
| Founding Filing Partnersthe first 10 to sign | First 90 days freerates fixed for 24 months | Same |
How the numbers work
How the credit works. Each month you pay the larger of the workspace fee or that month's claim-package fees.
Example. An example, not a forecast: a $1M lookback filed as 10 claim packages of up to 1,000 lines each, at the published list price. In Sealed, your client pays $175,000; you pay $12,500 and keep $162,500 before your own costs. In Standard, your client pays $155,000; you pay $10,000 and keep $145,000 before your own costs.[11]
On a $250K Standard lookback filed as 5 claim packages, your client pays $45,000 at list and you pay $5,000.
These examples assume your claim-package fees in each month exceed the workspace fee. If they don't, you pay the workspace fee. 2.5 Standard packages a month cover the $2,500 white-label workspace fee in full.[10]
When a client picks Standard. You pay $250 less per package. At the published list price, Standard costs 2 points less, such as 18% instead of 20%.
Your price, and the no-undercut rule
Your price. Charge what you choose for each mode, on your own terms. The published fees are a reference point, not a rule.
No-undercut rule. We never quote your registered client below your price, and our house partner broker follows the same rule. Registered clients are protected for 12 months.[10] The client's choice always prevails.
Service levels
What do we commit to?
Sealed protects confidentiality, not uptime. The 24-hour clock depends on the hosts running.
| Commitment | What it means |
|---|---|
| Claim package | Within 24 hours of a complete package.* |
| Supervision record | Every line approval logged with approver and time; reviewer, training and sampling logs; a reject-rate and timeliness dashboard, organized around the 19 CFR 111.28 factors.[12] |
| Security incidents | We notify you in time for your 72-hour report to CBP.[13] The hour commitment is in the partner agreement. |
More commitments
| Commitment | What it means |
|---|---|
| Client data | Your client can export its CSVs at any time. |
| Missing documents | The agent lists what's missing, in plain words, as documents arrive. |
| Where data is processed | Stated for each mode in our FAQ answer on where data is processed. |
| Sealed receipts | One for every Sealed run. |
| If we part ways | Claims already in progress finish. |
*When the 24 hours start
*24 hours from a complete package: entry summaries (CBP 7501), commercial invoices, packing lists, transport documents and export records for the period, plus the bill of materials and production records for manufacturing claims. We tell you the moment your package is complete, and the clock starts then. CBP rulings, waivers and approvals are separate from this clock.

What you see, by mode
Sealed. You see the claim lines you file, each with its evidence references. Source documents reach you when your client authorizes it. No one else sees the documents without your client's consent.
Standard. You see the claim lines and the source documents behind them. An outside AI provider may process the documents, only on terms that bar training. Nothing trains on them. Only named NexQloud staff can open them, to fix an exception or answer a support request, and every access is logged.
Your default. You choose the default mode for your clients' workspace, or let each client answer one question at sign-up. Clients can switch for later uploads.
Insurance
You carry E&O. Indemnities run both ways.

Questions
Questions brokers ask about white-label
Will you take my client?
No. Your client signs your engagement letter and your power of attorney. We never contract with your client for the claim, and registered clients are protected for 12 months.[10]
My license answers for the software's mistakes. Why take that on?
Your staff approve every line before filing, and each approval is logged. The agent drafts; your broker decides. Indemnities run both ways.
Doesn't sharing client records break 19 CFR 111.24?
Your client authorizes the sharing in writing when it signs up.[9]
Do your fees break 19 CFR 111.36(b)?
Our fees are software fees you pay us, per workspace and per claim package. They are not a share of what your client pays you.
Can I also file CAPE for these clients?
Yes, under your own license and process. We don't sell CAPE filing. The sequencing check flags every entry with an open CAPE question.
