What we scope, by system:
- SAP S/4HANA: OData APIs, IDocs or table extracts.
- Oracle NetSuite: REST web services and SuiteQL.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central: its standard API; extra fields need a custom API.
- Sage Intacct: its REST API.
- Infor, Epicor, QuickBooks Enterprise and others: scheduled CSV or database exports.
Status labels on the integrations page: Available, In development or Custom engagement.
How a custom connector works:
- Scope the data a claim needs, usually bills of materials, production records, sales and export invoices, shipments and inventory movements.
- Connect with a read-only service account limited to those records.
- Test against a period you've already uploaded, so the numbers tie out.
- Quote the timeline after scoping; it depends on your system and your data.
We never ask for ACE credentials, and connectors never get write access to your ERP.
