The service opens to importers after launch. Until then, join the waitlist and try the demo with sample data.
The steps, once it opens:
- Account. Work email or single sign-on, plus your name, company and role.
- Broker. Invite your own, pick from the directory, or use NexQloud's partner broker.
- Mode. Sealed or Standard. One starts selected; you see both fees, can choose the other, and can change modes for later uploads.
- Upload. One quarter of records, in any mix of files or a ZIP, or your ACE report exports.
- Completeness. The meter lists anything missing, in plain words.
- First result. An estimated claim, the entries flagged for the IEEPA sequencing check, and the documents still needed.
- Engagement. Your broker sends its engagement letter and power of attorney directly to you.
- Claim package within 24 hours of a complete package;* then your broker reviews every line and files.
Creating an account and getting a first result cost nothing.
The fee comes only after CBP pays, and nothing is owed if nothing comes back.
We never ask for your ACE login or bank details.
*24 hours from a complete package: entry summaries (CBP 7501), commercial invoices, packing lists, transport documents and export records for the period, plus the bill of materials and production records for manufacturing claims. We tell you the moment your package is complete, and the clock starts then. CBP rulings, waivers and approvals are separate from this clock.
- Do I have to talk to sales?
- Does it cost anything to create an account?
- Can I file a duty drawback claim online?
