Either way, a licensed customs broker reviews every line and files.
When you sign up after launch, you pick one of four paths:
- My broker. Invite your broker by email. It gets a review queue for your claims and joins as a Connected Broker.
- Match me. Pick from our directory of certified partner brokers, with license numbers shown.
- NexQloud's partner broker. A licensed U.S. customs broker we name, with its license number, before you sign.
- I am a broker. Go to partner onboarding.
What stays the same:
- Your power of attorney runs directly between you and your broker. We never collect or relay it.
- Your engagement letter is with the licensed broker who files your claim.
- Your broker may share your records with us only with your written consent, which you give at sign-up.
For what each choice costs, see What does it cost to use my own broker?
- Can I use my own customs broker for drawback?
- Who is your partner broker?
