Our engine drafts the claims behind your brand.
Who qualifies: licensed customs brokers, broker-licensed forwarders and 3PLs, and refund firms with a brokerage, with a volume commitment and a security review.
Unlicensed partners get a co-branded page that recommends NexQloud Drawback in their name, never a white-label filing site.
What carries your brand: the workspace, your domain, emails, estimates and claim-summary PDFs, document requests, notices, and your own price and terms.
What stays fixed:
- the licensed filer's name and license line;
- each mode's data-access statement;
- the Sealed receipt format, naming NexQloud Sealed and AMD SEV-SNP;
- "We never ask for your ACE login or bank details";
- and "Powered by NexQloud Drawback."
Price: the white-label workspace is $2,500 a month, credited against claim-package fees of $1,250 (Sealed) or $1,000 (Standard) per package.
You set your client's price, and we never quote your registered client below it.
Who contracts and files: you, under your license, with the POA signed directly with your client.
See the white-label sample: "Harbor & Field Customs", a fictional sample brand.
